Master D handled the complete technical management of the event, including coordinating technical control rooms and providing audiovisual support across four rooms. The team managed sound and LED lighting for both speaker presentations and the live band's performance at the gala. In addition to providing ongoing technical support throughout the conference, the team managed logistical transitions, such as the rapid redecoration of the venue for the gala and the overnight teardown in preparation for the second day.

Master D handled the technical management and audiovisual production for the union congress held at the Grand Times Hotel Laval Centropolis. The team was responsible for equipping and coordinating the audiovisual setup for the event. Their work included managing the screens and sound systems to ensure the smooth running of presentations and activities for the healthcare professionals in attendance.

Master D handled production for the conference held at Auberge Godefroy in Bécancour. The team managed audiovisual services over the two-day event, including projection synchronization and speaker support, and oversaw the gala evening's design and the installation of all main-hall décor to ensure the conference's success. We also sourced a comedian-host capable of improvising the gala entertainment and managed the event's video and photo coverage.
