Technical production for the PERINATALITY 2023 hybrid Convention & Gala

Our mandate
Master D handled the complete technical management of the event, including the coordination of technical control rooms, audiovisual support, video recording, and webcasting across three simultaneous venues. The team managed sound and LED lighting for both speaker presentations and the DJ performance at the gala evening. In addition to providing ongoing technical support throughout the conference, the team handled logistical transitions, such as the overnight teardown following the gala to prepare for the second day of sessions.

✔ Management of stage lighting and LED perimeter ambient lighting for conferences, the gala dinner, and the dance party
✔ Overnight dismantling of equipment used for the dance party and reconfiguration of the room for the webcast format required for the second day of conferences
✔ Management of gala evening performers (emcee and DJ Pulse)
✔ Planning of the gala evening schedule, entertainment, and activities
✔ Coordination between the client and the evening's performers
