We primarily support organizations hosting congresses, symposiums, general assemblies, conferences, galas, training sessions, and corporate events that typically bring together 50 to 600 participants. For larger-scale events, we scale our team and resources to meet the project's specific needs.

Planning that ensures success

To ensure the best possible experience, we recommend entrusting us with your project 6 to 12 months before the event. Depending on availability, we can also handle urgent assignments when the schedule permits.
