Technical production for the SQD 2023 hybrid convention

Our mandate
Master D handled the complete technical management of the event. Their work involved the meticulous coordination of technical control rooms, audiovisual support, and video capture for a simultaneous webcast across two conference rooms (Mumba and Nairobi). The team managed multiple wireless microphones and synchronized projections, ensuring optimal sound quality for both in-person attendees and the virtual audience in this hybrid format. In addition to providing continuous technical support to speakers throughout the day, the team completed the setup before the delegates arrived early in the morning and ensured seamless logistical transitions.
