Our mandate
Master D handled the complete technical management of the event, including the coordination of technical control rooms, audiovisual support, and webcasting across four rooms. The team managed sound and LED lighting for both speaker presentations and the DJ performance at the gala. In addition to providing ongoing technical support throughout the conference, the team supplied a 360-degree video booth and managed logistical transitions, such as the rapid redecoration of the venue for the gala and overnight teardown in preparation for the second day.
