Technical production for the APCHQ Gala Evenings

Our mandate
Since 2023, Master D has provided turnkey technical and logistical event services for the gala evenings of the APCHQ Mauricie-Lanaudière golf tournaments. These annual events take place one week apart at the Montcalm Golf Club in Saint-Liguori and the Ki-8-Eb Golf Club in Trois-Rivières. The Master D team handles full production management for these evenings. Services include professional sound systems tailored for a 300-guest venue and the terrace, covering everything from speeches to live entertainment—whether by DJs, emcees, or, on occasion, multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter Julien Belhumeur. The company also manages video projection, including connections to all in-house screens and, when necessary, the setup of two additional 60-inch screens near the stage. When guest musicians perform, the team also designs the stage and ambient lighting. Finally, their emcee handles all announcements, introductions, speeches, award presentations, and prize draws.
