Our mandate
Between 2016 and 2018, Master D managed the full scope of event planning, technical operations, and logistics for Prometic’s annual events. These engagements included gala evenings held at the Château Royal in Laval, as well as outdoor, team-building-focused corporate BBQs hosted right on the company grounds.
Each of these major events benefited from our comprehensive turnkey service. The Master D team oversaw flawless technical execution: high-quality sound systems tailored for an audience of 250, covering everything from official speeches to DJ performances, along with video projection on a massive 12-foot-wide screen and stage lighting designed to create a festive atmosphere. Furthermore, our host managed the flow of the event, handling all announcements, entertainment, and microphone presentations.
