Technical production for the VISIQUE gala evening
Venue: Le Westin, Montreal
Our mandate
For the Visique Gala held at Le Westin Montréal, Master D delivered a turnkey technical and logistical event solution. Managing the event’s production from start to finish, the team handled the sound system for a venue hosting 300 guests, ensuring impeccable audio quality for speeches, the host, DJ Mike Castiel, and a performance by a group of dancer-percussionists. This audio expertise included miking the djembes and meticulously managing individual monitor mixes for each musician. The visual design featured custom stage and ambient lighting, as well as HD video projections at both ends of the room, enhanced by a wave effect projected directly onto the dance floor. Finally, to energize the evening, Master D created and hosted an interactive giant-screen quiz, engaging guests in an inter-table competition themed around the *Avatar* films.
