Technical production of the UQTR off-campus student ball

Our mandate
In 2022 and 2024, Master D provided turnkey technical and logistical services for the graduation ceremonies and proms of UQTR's off-campus students. Held at the Montcalm Golf Club in Saint-Liguori, these events benefited from the complete management of our team. Services included professional multi-zone sound systems (for the graduation ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and dance floor) perfectly suited to the speeches and DJ performances. Master D also handled the design of the stage and ambient lighting, as well as video projection on two giant 12-foot screens. To enhance the experience, customized entertainment, including a popular interactive quiz, was integrated into the evening. Finally, to capture these moments, a talented photographer and a unique virtual photo booth, complete with illuminated draping, were available to guests.
