Our mandate
During the Canadian Pharmacy Students' Association's Professional Development Week (PDW), Master D established itself as a premier technical and co-production partner. Starting with the 2006 edition, we supported the organizers in the end-to-end execution of this major event—which drew over 1,000 participants—by managing the technical aspects of the conferences, producing the gala evenings, and providing custom musical entertainment (including DJ services) at iconic venues such as the Grande Place at Complexe Desjardins and the Medley. Our involvement continued with the 2013 edition, where we also handled artist management for two evenings at the Hôtel Bonaventure, thereby delivering a true turnkey event solution on every occasion.
Technical challenges
✔ Assisting organizers with the technical planning of a 1,000-delegate congress
✔ Sourcing and submitting proposals from technical suppliers for sound, lighting, and audiovisual services for conferences and gala evenings across five venues over the five-day event
