Our mandate
During the Professional Development Week (PDW) of the Canadian Association of Pharmacy Students and Interns convention, Master D established itself as a premier technical and co-production partner. We supported the organizers in the end-to-end execution of this major event, which brought together over 1,000 participants. Our mandate encompassed the technical management of conference sessions as well as the production of gala dinners and social events. We also provided tailored musical entertainment—including DJ services—at iconic venues such as the Grande Place at Complexe Desjardins and the Medley, thereby delivering a comprehensive, turnkey event solution.
Technical challenges
✔ Assisting organizers with the technical planning of a 1,000-delegate congress
✔ Sourcing and submitting proposals from technical suppliers for sound, lighting, and audiovisual services for conferences and gala evenings across five venues over the five-day event
✔ Artist management for the gala evening (DJ)
✔ Design of themed atmospheres for gala evenings and dance parties at Complexe Desjardins and Le Medley
✔ Coordination between the client and the artists
